The Kiwanis Club of Swoyambhu Nepal celebrated its 7th Charter Day on January 5 with a heartwarming program dedicated to the children of Nepal Baal Sewa Foundation, located at Sangam Chowk, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The event commenced with a ceremonial cake-cutting, followed by the distribution of candies to bring smiles to the children’s faces. Continuing its tradition of community support, the club also donated foodstuffs and cereals to the foundation to help sustain its ongoing efforts for child welfare.
Acting President Bashu Dev Bagale led the program with enthusiasm, ensuring its smooth execution. On the occasion, Mr. Bagale extended his best wishes for the speedy recovery of the club’s President, Muna Thapa, whose absence was deeply felt.
The celebration reflected the club’s unwavering commitment to serving the community and nurturing the younger generation. The children of Nepal Baal Sewa Foundation expressed their joy and gratitude for the thoughtful gestures, making the day a memorable one for all involved.

किवानिस क्लब स्वयम्भू नेपालले आफ्नो सातौं दिवस जनवरी ५ मा काठमाडौंको संगम चोक, नयाँ बानेश्वरमा रहेको नेपाल बाल सेवा फाउण्डेशनका बालबालिकालाई समर्पित हृदयस्पर्शी कार्यक्रम गरी मनाएको छ । कार्यक्रमको शुरुवात औपचारिक केक काटेर गरिएको थियो, त्यसपछि बालबालिकाको अनुहारमा मुस्कान ल्याउन मिठाई वितरण गरिएको थियो । सामुदायिक सहयोगको आफ्नो परम्परालाई निरन्तरता दिँदै, क्लबले बाल कल्याणको लागि जारी प्रयासहरूलाई निरन्तरता दिन मद्दत गर्न फाउन्डेशनलाई खाद्यान्न र अनाजहरू पनि दान गर्यो। कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष वासुदेव बगालेले उत्साहजनक रुपमा कार्यक्रमको नेतृत्व गर्दै कार्यक्रमलाई सुचारु रुपमा सम्पन्न गरेका थिए । सो अवसरमा बगालेले क्लबका अध्यक्ष मुना थापाको अनुपस्थितिमा गहिरो अनुभूति भएको र उनको शिघ्र स्वास्थ्यलाभको कामना गरेका थिए । समुदायको सेवा गर्ने र युवा पुस्ताको पालनपोषण गर्न क्लबको अटल प्रतिबद्धता झल्काउँछ। नेपाल बाल सेवा फाउण्डेसनका बालबालिकाले यस दिनलाई सहभागी सबैका लागि अविस्मरणीय बनाएको विचारशील इशाराप्रति खुशी र कृतज्ञता व्यक्त गरे। किवानिस क्लब स्वयम्भू नेपालले समुदायलाई सशक्त बनाउने र आशा जगाउने आफ्नो मिशनलाई निरन्तरता दिँदै, समाजमा सार्थक योगदानका साथ आफ्नो चार्टर डे मनाउँदै आएको छ।
