Dear Fellow Kiwanians!

Welcome to a New Year Kiwanis the goodness of “Let’s Stay Together”.

I am very humbled and honored to serve as a District Governor of this fastest growing Kiwanis Nepal District(K69) located at foothill of high Himalayas Nepal. I acknowledge and salute the crucial efforts of founding and successive governors along with other leaders to make Nepal district as one of the outstanding Kiwanis district known as shining star across the Kiwanis family of the world within the very short time. Despite the global pandemic and economic slowdown, we are able to achieved remarkable membership growth and expanded service project. As of now we have around 118 clubs and over 1600 members in all corner of Nepal which stand in 4TH largest district across the ASPAC Region.

This is our significant matter of glory and success that Nepal District is able to produce three international leader Mr. Mohan Lamsal as a KI Board of trustee (2023-2026) and Mr. Babu Krishna Karki as an KCF Trustee (2022-2025) and Mr. Sujan Kumar Shrestha as an ASPAC Chair.  I would like to extend my humble gratitude and best tenure of them for wonderful leadership to heighten the international Kiwanis movement. Meanwhile, I hope they will also mentor me to take forward Nepalese Kiwanis momentum in the best direction. 

I am also excited to run my office working together with Governor-Elect Krishna Prasad Jnawali and Vice-Governor Dr. Ram Sharan Thapaliya as my best supporter to achieve the next destination of impactful Service, meaningful growth and quality membership. On top of that, Past District Governor Yeka Raj Panta and our Immediate Past District Governor Mr. Laxman Lamsal will be my guiding pilot to show the right direction for KY 2023-2024 Journey. Also I have the best group of outstanding Lt. Governors team, Secretary, Treasurer, Educational Trainor team, KCFN Board and other different District Chairs who are ready to serve and work together to execute my plan of action driven by slogan “HAPPINES FOR CHILD

Finally, I wish to encourage each of you to activate yourselves in serving the children in your community, keep up the service work through your respective clubs and engage with other Kiwanians as often as you can to implement KY 2023-2024 governor annual plan which I have already presented you during Club Leadership Education program. Engage in Interclub interaction, membership growth, new clubs opening, service work and Service Leadership Programs can be ways for us to stay together and make a positive impact in society.
