On February 19,Kiwanis club of Budhanilkantha successfully conducted the MEGA HEALTH CAMP And SCHOOL SUPPORT PROGRAM hosted at Mahendra Secondary School and Annapurna Basic School Nilkantha-02, Dhading. This landmark event was marked through the collaborative efforts of distinguished organizations: Lions Club of Kathmandu Atal Pinglasthan, and Leo Club of Kathmandu Atal Pingalasthan in collaboration with Eyemate, The Shade House, Dhading Social Volunteer Nepal, Nepal Heart Foundation Dhading.
The primary objective of this service project was to deliver comprehensive dental care ,optometry care and moreover health care and improve the educational practice systems. Through the implementation of a rigorous Health Checkup program, 600+ people including children and adults were attended by the team of professional medical service provider along with consultation and medication and referal to the Nepal Heart Foundation Dhading to the patients who have the chronic heart conditions. We were able to provide 100+ students with school stationery needs ,dental kits and set of indoor and outdoor games items along with the general session of the basic health and hygiene practices.
Together, we have positively impacted many people’s lives, and we are steadfast in our resolve to keep leading campaigns that advance everyone’s prosperity, happiness, and well-being.
